About David Baer, Attorney and Businessperson

David Baer is an attorney who Minnesota Law & Politics selected multiple times as a Rising Star. In 2006, he was selected as a “Top 15 Attorney of the Year” by Minnesota Lawyer. David graduated with a BA in Speech-Communications from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities where he made it into the Dean’s List and was a Liberal Arts Scholar.

After graduating, David attended William Mitchell College of Law where he completed his JD. He was in the top 10% of his class. At WMCL, he was a recipient of the Burton Brief Award and the WMCL Academic Scholarship. In law school, he was a Civil Trial Advocate and a Volunteer Income Tax Assistant participant.

David Baer, aside from being an attorney, is also a successful business owner. He is an owner, DJ, and MC of Level11. Level11 provides customized entertainment solutions to events across the country.

Currently, David Baer serves as the COO and General Counsel for O’Shaughnessy Holding Company, where he is responsible for legal, regulatory, organization compliance, management, operations and mergers and acquisitions.

When David isn’t busy providing legal counsel or running his business, he spends his time in the great outdoors, enjoying outdoor activities such as skiing, bicycling, and traveling.
